Co čeká Rusko po Putinovi? A existuje vůbec šance, že se země vydá demokratickou cestou? O budoucnosti ruské společnosti i o tom, jak ji lze ovlivnit už dnes, budou debatovat odborníci, novináři i právníci na sérii diskuzí pořádaných organizací Gulag.cz a Centrem na ochranu lidských práv Memorial.
Až skončí období vlády Vladimira Putina, Rusko možná dostane šanci vydat se demokratickou cestou. Tato příležitost zřejmě potrvá jen velmi krátce. Ruská občanská společnost i Evropa by na tento moment měly být připraveny.
Právě proto ruští právníci spolupracující s Centrem na ochranu lidských práv Memorial připravili balíček nejnaléhavějších právních předpisů, které bude potřeba přijmout během prvních sto dní po pádu Putinova režimu.

A Series of Expert Debates Outlines Possible Scenarios for Russia’s Future
What awaits Russia after Putin? And is there any chance that the country will embark on a democratic path? The future of Russian society and how it can be influenced today will be discussed by experts, journalists and lawyers in a series of discussions organized by the organization Gulag.cz and the Memorial Center for Human Rights Protection in November.
When Vladimir Putin’s term in office ends, Russia may get a chance to embark on a democratic path. This opportunity will probably last only a very short time. Russian civil society and Europe should be prepared for this moment.
That is why Russian lawyers cooperating with the Memorial Center for Human Rights Protection have prepared a package of the most urgent legal regulations that will need to be adopted within the first hundred days after the fall of the Putin regime.

Guests at the debate will include the authors of the project „100 Days After Putin“, lawyers Grigorij Vajpan, Nikolai Bobrinskij and Gleb Boguš from Russia. The European context and his own experience will be supplemented at the discussion in Olomouc and Prague by Miroslav Karas, a former Czech Television correspondent in Russia, and in Brno by political scientist Prof. Jan Holzer.
